Cleansed Looks Best For Men This Spring

Mr Neo Luxe Review Cleansers For Men This Spring Best Grooming CleanserThe very first step to any healthy skin care routine is cleansing, and this applies to both men and women both day and night. Research shows that cleansing before bed keeps skin looking younger, assists skin care to penetrate deeper into the skin, prevents dehydration, keeps pores in check and prevents oil production. That’s a pretty extensive list! While most cleansers may leave skin feeling clean, not all are created equal. Here are a few of my favourite men’s cleansers to keep your skin looking its best this spring:

Rituals – Samurai Face Scrub and Wash
This 2-in-1 cleansing scrub is enriched Japanese Wakame, bamboo and exfoliating scrub particles for delivering a deep clean. It smooths the skin allowing for a closer shave, prevents ingrown hairs and reveals a refreshed complexion. The scrubbing particles are fairly mild but enough to polish and revive the skin (and it smelling good too!). It’s also great for travelling – you don’t need to pack a cleanser and scrub. Rituals Samurai Scrub 125ml AUD $22.

Paula’s Choice 4 Men – Face Wash
Whether your skin is sensitive or prone to breakouts, this cleanser is the perfect all-rounder. This gentle cleanser is formulated to wash away dirt and excess oil without leaving the skin tight or dry. Clinically proven to be non-irritating it soothes sensitive skin, reduces redness and can help fight acne. Best of all it’s fragrance-free and contains no added dyes. L’Oreal Paris Men Expert – Hydra Power Face Wash Ultra-Cooling
Now before you judge this pharmacy brand too quickly, hear me out for a second. L’Oreal Paris Men Expert range was one of the first skincare ranges I ever used, and my skin looks fantastic, and the shaving gels in the range are among my favourite. This cooling cleansing gel is formulated with menthol and removes sweat, pollution and dirt from the skin. It provides a deep clean to leave skin feeling great, and the cooling effect of menthol is perfect for the warmer months. L’Oreal Paris Men Expert 100ml $12.99

Thalgomen Cleansing Gel
In my early 20s, I craved for squeaky clean skin. Over the years my taste has changed and I can’t get enough of non-aggressive cleansers, and this product is right up my alley. This gentle foaming gel works to rid skin of toxins while removing excess sebum. It instantly revives the complexion, evening out skin tone. It features Thalgo’s signature ingredient Algue Bleue Vital which energises the skin, helps fight the appearance of ageing while encouraging cell renewal. Thalgomen Cleansing Gel 150ml $54.
