Review: Michael Kors 24K Brilliant Gold

Michael Kors 24K brilliant Gold review by mr neo luxe

When it comes to gold, most women (and men) have different preferences. Personally I’m a white gold fan, but not when it comes to the latest collection of fragrances by Michael Kors. The newest collection has been inspired by the highly prized metal (gold) with each fragrance in the collection designed to reflect the opulence and luxury of the precious metal. When I got my hands on these fragrances, I was instantly captivated by the 24K Brilliant Gold fragrance and just had to review it to sing its praises.

Product Name: Michael Kors 24K Brilliant Gold EDP Spray

Fragrance Notes: orange, mandarin, floral notes and woody notes.

Described as: This fragrance is described as feminine and seductive. It opens with beautifully refreshing citrus notes combined with a sweetness of florals, which then settles on the skin as a beautiful woody scent.

Season: This is the perfect scent for spring and summer. It perfectly combines citrus and floral notes without being overpoweringly sweet.

Wear it: This fragrance can be worn both day and night. Wear it to the office, casually or even on a date. It’s a people pleaser!

Price: 100ml EDP, $140. The Gold fragrance collection is available from Michael Kors fashion stores, selected Myer and David Jones department stores as well as selected pharmacies.

The Verdict: From a male’s perspective of the three fragrances in the gold collection, 24K Brilliant Gold is my personal favourite. It’s sweet, feminine and fun, without being overpowering. The scent is strong enough to get you noticed without being intrusive.

Have you tried the Michael Kors Gold Collection? Which fragrance was your favourite?
