Review: Miu Miu Eau De Parfum

Miu Miu Fragrance review by Mr Neo Luxe

The first fragrance by Miu Miu stays true to the brand’s love for the contradictory women. Drawing on this inspiration, a fragrance was created which challenges the boundaries and breaks the rules. The fragrance opens with elegant floral notes and then becomes earthy with the introduction of Akigalawood® (an extract of patchouli). The result is both scintillating and a little defiant: very Miu Miu.

Name: Miu Miu Eau De Parfum

Fragrance Notes: lily of the valley, jasmine, rose absolute, green notes and Akigalawood®

Described as: A sensual floral fragrance that is set against a deep earthen tone of wood and pepper. The surprising combination feels natural and timeless.

Season: A great fragrance for autumn and spring.

Wear it: Day and night.

Price: Miu Miu Eau de Parfum 100ml, $170. Miu Miu is available from Miu Miu Boutiques, Myer and David Jones stores nationally.

The Verdict: A great fragrance that refuses to be categorised. It’s feminine and independent and destined to be a signature scent for the confident woman who refuses to conform.
